How do I get a free key?
  1. Open aistudio.google.com/apikey and sign in with your Google account. aistudio.google.com/apikey
  2. Press "Create API key" and copy the key it gives you.
  3. Paste the key into the box above. No credit card is needed.

Your key is kept in this browser in an encrypted cookie that code on the page cannot read; it stays there after you close the browser. It only passes through our server on its way to Google during translation and is not saved on the server. Translations use your own free quota.
